Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling with a high level of professionalism.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records with accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Strong command of English (written & spoken) – essential.
  • Smart, resourceful, and able to think ahead.
  • Highly reliable with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
